Subtitled, for TRUE Godzilla fans =}

So I was talking with a friend whom I had not spoken to in a while.. she created a rant page similar to the one we have here on Nekobox, but ranted about the recent events at the WTC and had a very powerful and moving statement which I thought was insightful. You can read about it here. Thanks Becki!

I went and read Becki's rant, and that was very powerful... thank you Becki.

On a happier note, ENTERPRISE STARTS TODAY!!!

Can you tell I'm happy about this? ^^

I've been a Trek fan since I was about 6 years old. We saw the first episodes of The Next Generation when I was in Holland, and a friend of ours sent us a tape of this new show that just started. I've loved the series ever since. I'm not a trekkie really, I save the dressing up as characters for Anime. ^^ But I have always enjoyed the show for many different reasons that I don't really have the space to list here right now... nor the mental capacity, considering I just woke up. ^^

Anyway, it's strange that I'm excited for Enterprise, because when I first heard it was coming out, I was a little disapointed in Paramount. I thought they should wait a little bit before throwing another series at us. A little time between would have been good for us fans. And I was also disappointed in the choice of Scott Bakula as the captain. I always thought the lead role should go to someone a little more unknown in the TV field. But that changed when I watched Quantum Leap for the first time last Sunday. Now, I'm just waiting for him to say "Oh boy..." at some point during the series premiere. ^^

I guess that I'm trekkie enough at heart to just get excited when I hear the works "Star Trek". ^^ I know where I'll be at 8pm PST. ^^

*looks up* Boy, I think that's my longest to date... on a really stupid subject. ^^

Oh boy. =^.^=

Hmm.. mother nature seems to be against me. She just doesn't want me to sleep. First.. it's a loud annoying barking dog. Of course, eventually, she stops barking.. then.. thunderstorm! Whee! And of course, today.. it was a group of angry mosquitos. They kept me up last night.. every five minutes, I would awaken with a new welt on my body which itched with the fire of hades! Ok, a little over exaggerated. But still.. =z.z= I'm tiiired.

Aren't these the signs of the coming apocalypse?

[^Young^] - 9:25 AM PDT

Daah. You know what? I just realized. I need to make a banner =}
