September 10, 2001 - Monday

Today's comic is pretty much true. =^.^= When I got to renfaire, all I could do was eat.. I was severely hungry all the time. Though, I do have to admit, seeing E-chan in her new green bodice was also a highlight of the faire. She was very cute in her new bodice =} Then again, I think she's cute no matter what she wears. =^.^= In other news, Renfaire, for some odd reason, left me very very tired. I ended up sleeping most of Sunday, which I didn't quite expect to do. As a result, I didn't really do any artwork for the comic, as I should have, so I'll prolly won't be able to start the story for another week or so. Gomengomen! I know I suck =^^;

Man was that a relaxing weekend. Oops, too relaxing, I skipped my Sunday Wushu class. On the other hand, I got to see the Stargate Season 5 marathon; 8 hours of SG-1, woo hoo. Oh, and my 'Oh My Goddess!' dvd came in! Happy! Joy! The ultimate in geek wish fulfillment fantasy. I even got to work on my new PC. I should try that more often.

Ah, Young. Ever the flatter. Yes, we did go to Ren Faire, and I believe a good time was had by all. ^^ I did purchase a new bodice that I really shouldn't have. But it was so pretty... and green! Did I mention green is my favorite color? Dark green, like a forest... My dream car is a Hunter green Mazda Miata. ^^ As for the rest of the weekend, it went pretty well. I went to Great America (a local theme park for those of you who didn't know), and rode rollar coasters. ^^ The funny thing is, I've been afraid of rollar coasters for the longest time, and only recently have I been able to even look at them without having a panic attack. I still can't ride all of the ones at the park, but I do enjoy the few that I do ride. One of these days I'll work up the nerve to just ride them all in one day, and I'll never be afraid of the things again. ^^ Wow... my longest rant to date... Hey, shouldn't you be working?! Shoo!
