That picture I posted Monday was a Chinchilla. A small, cute, furry, slightly large rodent from the South American Andes, with a head like a mouse (slightly bigger ears), body of a rabbit, tail like a squirrel, and the softest fur you've ever felt. They're so neat.

random stupid thought that most likely has been thought before: There's been this historical digression in themes of FPS games. The originals (Doom, Quake) began in futuristic sci-fi fashion. A few years ago, there was a popular move to more modern combat and warefare. Then recently went to WWII and the notorious Vietnam War--even back to 1920s, etc.
That's all well and good, but wouldn't it be amusing to see FPS's during Civil War and Revolutionary War periods? Now there's something that requires teamwork and strategy! ...or not. XD
(I wonder how many people would be amused as I would to see/play such things. :3 )

Hell yeah dude. We can even go back further in time in the stone age and have FPS with sticks and stones and rocks. But a Civil War FPS would be interesting. Maybe even lug around one of those cannons on your back just like current rocket launchers. And instead of getting in vehicles you can mount on horses.

Doooood, you guys might be on to something here!
Think of the tension that could be built ingame as you have to load your musket every time before you shoot!
