Good thing I enjoy being shot in the head by invisible chibi Predators with strange nerf ball laser thingys.... >_<
So, Seattle. Suffice to say, if they offer, I won't take it. Suffice to also say, I doubt they'll offer. I just didn't like it. I have nothing against Microsoft, but the job itself just didn't seem right. I felt gross during the whole interview process, and the longer I was there, the more I wanted to leave.
There's this feeling in your gut you can get, that screams "THIS ISN'T RIGHT!!! YOU NEED TO LEAVE!". I've gotten it before in strange situations where things were going horribly awry, and I've learned to trust it. I got that feeling about tenfold during my interviews, and I've never been more relieved to get out of a place.
It was a good learning experience. I've learned that I'm not any sort of marketing person, and that there's so much more I'd rather do. ^^ So, still a good experience. And I got to visit with my uncle for a day, which was wonderful. I love my Seattle uncle, he's fantastic. We had fun. ^^
Anyway, back to work.
