Okay, this story is a bit stale, but I'd like to ask, "Beef McNuggets" anyone? :3

Oh, this is too cool, and the message that pops up when you watch the trailer is even cooler. Here's the message if you don't want to watch the trailer:
Leading up to the December 17 release of The Lord of The Rings: The Return of the King, the final film Peter Jackson’s epic trilogy, New Line Cinema will bring moviegoers an exclusive, ONE-time-only in-theater event: The Lord of the Rings Special Extended Edition Screening Engagement.
The schedule for this special theatrical screening series is as follows: December 5-11 Special Extended Edition The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring December 12-15 Special Extended Edition The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers Tuesday, December 16 One-time-only marathon of both the Extended Edition prints followed by the first screenings of The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. *drool*

Hehe, I wouldn't mind seeing one every week... say the 7th, 14th, and 21st of December...
But knowing my friends, we'll either do the BO-C (body odor-catheter) edition of 3 back to back movies, or at the very least, stand in line to catch the RotK opening night.

Opening night Return of the King... Hell yeah! Watching the extended editions of Fellowship and Two Towers in the theater on a massive screen... I'm there.
Watching all three movies back to back... uh... not really worth the effort as far as I'm concerned. The only way I'd even consider it is if Return of the King was also extended edition. If I'm going to suffer possible butt sores and cramping to watch the good versions of the movies all at once they better all be the good versions.
