I mentioned this last night, but I wanted to reiterate, in case someone missed it. ^^
In other news... ... ... there is no other news. ^^
Go work, people. ^^

Okay, I'm back from class, and I actually have something to talk about. ^^
So, in my theatre design class today we played with crayons. ^^ My teacher told us he took great pleasure in forcing college students to get on the floor (in our case the stage) and color with crayons like kindergarteners. ^^
Anyway, for class, I had to go buy some crayons, cause I left mine in San Jose. As I opened them, my old ideas about packages of crayons came back to me.
There is a simple joy in a new box of crayons. I discovered this last year when, for the first time in about 8 years, I bought a new box of crayons. As I opened that box, and looked at the bright colors of the unused crayons, I got that feeling of being 7 years old again, on the first day of school, when they gave us our crayons for the year. I couldn't help but smile. It's almost theraputic. My day hadn't been anything special, but that box of crayons made it special. ^^
There just such potential in that box. The greens and blues, the yellow, and the underappreciated red-orange. ^^ They are just sitting there, begging to be used. "Draw a flower with me," they say, "or draw an octopus, or a purple dog." They bring out the child in us, and even if you can't draw, crayons can make you a great artist. ^^
So, if you day is going bad, or you just need to feel like a kid again, go buy some crayons. ^^ You'll feel better, I promise. ^^

MMmm. Red orange..
Zzzz..
Actually, Red/orange was one of my favorite colors. Either that or orange/red. I could never tell them apart.

Note for Tucker: Turn around! Try looking INSIDE the cubicle! If you're always looking at the audience... no matter how many times you turn left or right, you'll never *see* anything that was originally *inside* the cube! Duh! =)
Hee hee, anyways. *My* news is that two days ago, this small cute notebook computer appeared on my desk... okay, well, actually it was inside a cow-colored box... It's so chibi and kawaii!--and it can output to TV all the (tons of) anime I have burned onto CD-R's... unlicensed fansubbed stuff, of course. Okay, enough cooing over it.
Wait, why do I have this large sum of money subtracted from my bank account? Oh, oh well. =)
So although it's really nice, I haven't dealt with a notebook before, so I've been pulling my hair out (figuratively) trying to get the videos to work... and the networking (AARGH!). I have no idea why it connects fine at work but not at home. We'll see... At least I have something that will help me shove my silly anime down the throats of Young, Louis, and whichever poor soul happens to be at our weekly SG-1 party! Ohohohohohoho! ;->
Okay, there's news for you. *grumble grumble* Geez, e-chan, why must *you* dictate what news exists and doesn't? (*sound of whiplash*) Uh oh gotta go now bai everyon...! :(
{Orange:} Wow! I didn't know he could run so fast! =^^=;;

Hey, I was talking about myself! ^^ I rarely have news at 8:30 in the morning. When I say no news, I mean no news in green letters as of this moment. ^^ Geez... everyone takes me so seriously. ^^
