So today marks day 2 of the great Alien Vs. Predator war. A few weeks back, I brought my SD Predators to work... and my boss mentioned he had SD Alien toys. So I snuck in one morning and knocked over one of the Aliens and set up a Predator over him to claim the kill.

Today, when I entered my cube, I find my Predator knocked off my monitor with an Alien Queen rising triumphantly over it.

It's unfortunate that the sets only come with a handful of toys per box... it's a little unfair to have a predator vs. a single alien... my boss needs... an alien HORDE.

So, I tried to find some kind of papercraft cut out aliens that I could print out and decorate his cube with when I stumble upon THIS.

OMG.

How freaking cool. I've GOT to make one sometime. A LIFE SIZE papercraft M41A Pulse Rifle complete with PAPER AMMO. How freaking cool is THAT.

I'll prolly end up getting some genestealer pewter models and modifying them to recreate a horde.

That site has some very cool stuff to make...
Think I'm going to try the Tron light cycle they've got in the bonus section.

There's only one weird thing though. The site is actually Czech and everything is metric. At first glance this doesn't mean anything since there are no measurements involved, except it actually applies to the paper size. Everything is set up for A4 sheets of paper, which is actually slightly narrower and a bit longer than a standard 8.5x11 inch sheet. An A4 is 8.26x11.692. You can print to fit the page size so you can still make these, just the size might be a bit off for some of them.

The pulse rifle shouldn't be a problem though, the notes for it say to print it at 90-95% of full size to get a 1:1 ratio so that should work out pretty well. =)

Holy spit, I didn't see the light cycle... that's cool! =} Too bad he only has the Drop Ship as a WiP... and there's no Power Loader. Those would be cool too.

O_o

Ever feel like you don't belong?
Ever feel like you were born in the wrong place, time, or age?

Ever... just feel like you don't understand?

:p

Yeah man. Totally know what you mean. I wish I was born in a different century where you can get hitched with a 14 year chick and fuck her and not go to jail.

*sings*

"Which of these guys are not like the others..."

...oh wait. That's actually pretty hard.

(Sorry for the back-post. o.O)
