Kid, abuse of any substance... may it be cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, or even sugar or caffeine... it's just not good for you. Caffeine, like sugar, overstimulates the adrenals and then weakens them with persistent or chronic use. First, sugar stimulates and weakens the adrenals, which creates fatigue. Then we use caffeine to keep us aware and awake, further depleting our adrenals, to which many respond by drinking more caffeine with sugar. In addition, people who overuse caffeine tend to need more tranquilizers and sleeping pills to help them relax or sleep.

People who suffer from caffeine intoxication or abuse tend to exhibit some symptoms which include nervousness, anxiety, irritability, agitation, insomnia, and depression. Physical characteristics can include headaches and migranes, upset stomach and heartburn, fatigue and dizziness, irregular heartbeats, elevated blood pressure, higher cholesterol, and poor concentration.
Like any drug, the withdrawl symptoms are worse... but I'd personally suggest trying to break the habit for your own health reasons. Withdrawl symptoms can feel really bad, but in the long run, for your own health, you should really consider drinking more water and eating healthier things.

You only have one life and one body to live it with. I've done a lot of things to my body that I regret having had done - smoking, drinking, bullets, knife wounds... they're all permanent things that I've had to live with.
You still have a full life ahead of you so I'd suggest helping yourself while you can.
