If by "Aliens" you mean the Xenomorphs depicted in Ridley Scott's or James Cameron's films, and by "evil" you mean the Merriam Webster definition of: evil 1 a : morally reprehensible : SINFUL, WICKED b : arising from actual or imputed bad character or conduct then I would have to say, no. A xenomorph tends to kill for food, to protect its young, and to procreate. Except for the latter, one could say that of many predatory animals, humans included, without any thought of considering the acts sinful or wicked. They are extremely effective and efficient killers, yes, but they appear to be, at best, highly skilled and powerful animals. A xenomorph, in this case, is no more "evil" than a lion killing a gazelle for food or a hyena to protect its cubs. Is an ichneumon fly "evil" because it lays its eggs on a live caterpillar, which will later be eaten alive from the inside out by the larvae? Not really. Disgusting to us, perhaps, but it is merely giving its progeny the best possible means of survival that it knows. I suppose you could find them "evil" if you go by the less common definitions of the word: 2 a archaic : INFERIOR b : causing discomfort or repulsion : OFFENSIVE c : DISAGREEABLE 3 a : causing harm : PERNICIOUS b : marked by misfortune : UNLUCKY but that would be a far more broad generalization. Aliens are just like humans! Some are good, some are evil, and others are just trying to get along in the universe.
