A large number of posts never get answered, so, on average, the answer could be many months on average, to be mathematically correct. This site has not been active for very long. Of those that do get answered, that would also be hard to say, as I cannot look at a log to see when they arrive. Some may get answered in a matter of minutes to hours, but many are in our "inbox" for a day or so before being answered. The GROA staff is made up of volunteers, and few check in with great regularity, although we all are around at some point or another. However, I would not go expecting any particular one of us to get back to you quickly. Akagi Ritsuko From the staff members that I have talked with, I think it is fair to note to you that we try to answer questions from various callers, and that if a caller places a large number of calls in a very short time, it is likely that many of them will be ignored, such that one caller does not "take over" the Faito service. Being cross with us for not responding to you is also another leading reason for people to not have their calls answered.
