| I'm planning on waging a small covert ops mission to take back my friend. He has been caputred by the evil entity that is his girlfriend and I need to return him to the contingincey of Anime watchers. Any advice?

Stealth operation? Hardly. I don't think you need to go through all the trouble of planning an op in order to get your friend back, let alone go through the hassle of arming yourself and making the tactics as stealthy as possible. Unless you have plans to knock this girl out and steal your friend back, probably the easiest and most painless way is to invite this girl to your anime watching community.

He's right... operations tend to be complicated things that require a lot of time, effort, and resources. Usually, before I send Snake into an op, I do a lot of recon and research so I don't send him in blind. I also usually try to equip Snake with the best possible equipment ranging from the stealth camo to tranquilizer equipped guns. Those don't come cheap.
So unless you have a lot of time and money to throw around, it's probably best if you just told him that you missed him and that he should invite his girlfriend to watch anime with you guys.

Hey, Otakon... it just occurred to me. What if the girl doesn't _like_ anime?

Not... like... anime? Whoa, that's a toughy. I never thought of that. I guess you can't force someone to like something they don't. Then again, anime covers a very wide spectrum... I guess they'd have to try and find something the girl would like.
Maybe it's the same as what they normally watch... maybe it's something completely different.

Then again... a tranquilizer gun doesn't cost all that much... and it's effects are mostly harmless and the subject can sleep for several hours...

Well, fortunately she does like Anime. She's into some really girly stuff though and we watch some odder Anime. It'd be wierd to have her there and on top of that she's quiet and mysterious. Frankly, she creaps me out sometimes. The problem is not that he has a girlfriend but the fact he's not hanging out with us. He's turning into a..... *gasps* normal.
.... I think I had a stealth suit and a tranq gun arround here somewhere.
