Cal State Berkeley, for instance, is a good school to go to if you want to get into computer engineering. If your computer language doesn't fit the criteria of a compiler exactly, it cannot be transformed into machine readable byte code. Aside from the standard necessities of good studies and pursuit of your dreams, you have to also ask yourself why you want to go to Cal Berkeley in the first place? It will be difficult sending your application to Berekeley if you want it to be taken seriously by the people who control enrollment at Berkeley. ^_^
