Is it bad to kill people?

Anyone who has to ask those kinds of questions deserved to be PWNZ3D!

B-but... I like to bite people...
.......it's not that bad... is it??? ^_^''

In most cases, yes, it is.
I would recommend two simple rules of thumb, Ki:
1) Only if they politely ask you to.
("Bite me!" typically does not count, as it has evolved in this day and age, into an epithet, rather than a request. The difference can easily be determined by the tone with which it is said.)
2) Only if you ask them nicely, and they agree.
Anything else, is at bare minimum, extremely impolite. (There being no damage done, but since you actually touched them with your teeth without their permission, it is, alone, nearly inexcusable.) At the worst, were someone to draw blood or worse, the biter would be worthy of being treated like the uncontrollable animal that they have shown themself to be.
I believe the only exception would come, in the case one found themself in a desperate fight, in which they were confronted with violent danger, and had no means of effective attack, other than biting.
But that does not sound like this is the case, since you claim to enjoy the practice.

So I can't bite them if I'm extremely bored? ^_^''
I can't even bite them if I really like them? ^_^'''
Cuz I've bitten people so many times cuz I was bored. And they know I bite.
And there's only a few people who I bite cuz I really like them.
I never bite them unless they know I bite.
So... can I bite them? I mean, they have been warned...
^_^''

No....
I think I'll start with a blanket no, and clarify from there.
Boredom is no excuse. If soul-tearing hunger is an inadequate excuse, boredom is surely farther down the list.
If you really like them, then it is only okay to bite, if they have made it known to you that they don't mind, or in fact, enjoy the experience. But if they tell you to stop, remember, "No means no."
Having "been warned" and permitting an experience are two very different things. You are "warned" not to stick your hand into an animal's enclosure in the zoo. An animal only has its instincts.
Humans are held to a higher standard. Unless you'd rather be treated as an animal.
