I hope I am reading your question correctly:
"I got a pet, called a degu, about two weeks ago. It's a type of gerbil. I heard that they are friendly little rodents. It acts friendly toward other people, but whenever I get near it, the degu always comes after me lusting for blood. My parents want to get rid of it, but I don't think I should get rid of it, because it has a lot of loose screws. Should I keep it or not?"
(See how much easier it is to read when properly spelled and using punctuation?)

Your parents have a valid concern, if this degu (also known as a chinchilla rat) repeatedly attempts to bite you with sufficient force to draw blood. However, it is an open question as to whether the animal is crazy or out for your blood. You mention that it is friendly towards other people. This seems to indicate that it is not inherently bloodthirsty.
I would recommend taking a careful look at how you are treating the degu. Is there anything about how your hold or approach it that could lead it to fear you and bite to protect itself? Think about things from its perspective and treat it how you would like to be treated were you the small fuzzy creature and someone else trying to touch you. Move slowly and steadily. Speak softly. If you pick it up, make sure to support it, so that it does not feel like it will fall. I would recommend using a towel or blanket that you can put it on or in when you pick it up, so that even if you aren't supporting it perfectly, it feels something under its feet.

If the degu were to start biting other people, or if you decide you don't want to put up with the risk of getting bit, relative to the enjoyment you get from keeping it, then I'd think about giving it to someone that will take care of it.

And if you can't figure it out, you could always try biting the degu nyo!
