Yes, I was wondering what the best tactic might be to deal with large amounts of internal circulatory fluids exiting ones body via the posterior.

Seriously, though, if you're really having 'large amounts of internal circulatory fluids exiting one's body via the posterior' and you aren't an android with internal regulating functions, it'd probably be a good idea to go see a specialist to help you. Especially if you're in danger of dying.

Your vague description of your fluids exiting your "posterior" make it difficult for us to recommend which specialist you should go and see.

If the blood loss was truely significant, I hope you have already gone to the emergency room.

If you are concerned, but let a bit of artistic licence exagerate your claim, you should still see a surgeon (back [wound]), proctologist (anus), urologist (urethra), or gynecologist (female reproductive tract), depending on exactly where that blood is issuing.

Bleeding from a wound can be temporarily treated by direct pressure with a clean cloth applied to the wound. This is only a first-aid measure, and the wound should be treated by a trained professional.

Significant bleeding from your alimentary canal or urinary tract can be signs of serious internal injury or damage. It can also be a sign of cancer. Both of which should be investigated by a physician.

While women do experience "posterior" loss of "internal circulatory fluids" once per month during their period, once they have become sexually mature, if your loss is unusually heavy, you should also see a doctor. Hopefully, it will turn out to be a normally random fluctuation, but it could also be a sign that something is amiss.
